These gift certificates make great gifts for anyone you would like to give the gift of Memory Products but not sure how the receiver would like their Memory Bear, Memorial Bear or Memory Quilt to look. These are available in several denominations and include the cost of shipping cost to send the item back to them.
Please print your receipt that you receive in your email (check your spam box if you don't receive it) as this is the Gift Certificate.
Give them a copy of the receipt to send with their fabric / clothing. The ORDER ID NUMBER at the top of the receipt and their name and address is used to identify them as the owner of the Gift Certificate - Gift Certificates are NOT Transferable and must be used within 1 year.
If they would like to add other options then they may do so by calling me before sending their clothing and I'll adjust their order and the totals (at their expense unless you specify otherwise on your order in the comments / instructions section of the cart.
NOTE! To redeem the certificate they only need to send their clothing with a copy of the Gift Certificate Order or at least the ORDER ID NUMBER with their name, address and phone number. Without this information I cannot fulfill their order in a timely manner. Please tell them not to place an order online to redeem their certificate as the cart is not set up to redeem them.
Clothing is mailed to: Ruth Blackwell - 201 Olive St. - London Oh 43140. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks after receipt of clothing for bear to be made.
