Memorial Teddy Bears and More is a Division of Luvy Bear Soaps and SCENTsations and all payments go through the main company of Luvy Bears Soaps & SCENTsations so please note your credit card bill will show up as Luvy Bears Soaps & SCENTsations NOT Memorial Teddy Bears and More. I also use my soapylady email address from time to time to contact customers.
Q: Do you offer Discounts?
A: If your order totals over $250 you will receive a 1% discount - over $500 you will receive a 2% discount and over $1000 you will receive a 5% discount (discount is done automatically by the shopping cart.
Q: Do you have a Brick and Mortar Store that I can shop at?
A: No I only have Web Stores as I work out of my home.
Q: How safe is your website?
A: My website shopping cart uses the latest technology of encryption 128 bit SSL and is kept updated frequently.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order and Paypal. Please make all checks and money orders out to Ruth Blackwell or Luvy Bear Soaps & SCENTsations.
Q: Why don't I see any shipping charges in the shopping cart?
A: Shipping charges are included in the price of all my products.
Q: Can I ship to an address other than my own?
A: Yes you can ship to someone else as long as they are in the USA only. If you are sending this as a gift I will not include a copy of the invoice only a ship to and ship from form so your recipient doesn't know how much you spent. Also when you choose to send to another address other than your own I do not send the leftover fabrics or photos back - if you want them sent to you then you must request this and pay an additional shipping charge which will be based on your address and weight of package. Please put your request in the comments box and I will then let you know how much extra it will cost for the shipping of the fabric/photos back to you.
Q: Can I choose the method of shipping?
A: No the method of shipping is my choice but does include insurance on all products shipped and it is included in the price of all products at a discounted rate.
Q: Do you share my information with anyone else?
A: Your information is not given to any third parties etc. All information given on this site is encrypted and only I have access to this information.
Q: I still don't feel comfortable putting my credit card information in online can I call you with my information?
A: Yes - place your order first using the Credit Card by Phone payment option then call (740) 852-3090 (please have order number handy)
Q: Can I change my order once it's placed?
A: The only way to change your order once you have placed it and gotten an order number is to call with the changes. Cancelling orders that are already being made will incur a 50% fee as all of my products on this site are Custom Made To Order.
Q: How long will it take before my order is ready to be shipped?
A: The turnaround time for Bears or Critters is 3 to 4 weeks. Quilts depending on size and options chosen can take 6 weeks or longer.
Q: I am paying by check - who do I make the check to?
A: Please make your check payable to Ruth Blackwell or Luvy Bear Soaps & SCENTsations
Q: I got my credit card statement and I see Luvy Bear Soaps & SCENTsations on it for the amount of my order why is this?
A: All billing is done through the parent company "Luvy Bear Soaps & SCENTsations" to keep billing cost down and bookkeeping as Memorial Teddy Bears and More by Ruth is a Division of
Luvy Bear Soaps & SCENTsations.
Q: Where do I send my clothing/ fabrics for my Bears, Critters or Quilts?
A: Send your Clean clothing/fabrics to: Ruth Blackwell - 201 Olive St. - London Oh 43140.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: Returns can be made if something is defective and I will repair the problem but please contact me via phone before sending anything back so that I can give you a return number and please include this number and your original order number if you have that handy with your return. I do stand behind my work so you can be assured of quality when you order. I do not refund money spent for shipping back to me nor do I recharge you for shipping the repaired item back to you. Items are not covered as defective if it is from your negligence , abuse or misuse.

Q: Do you ever offer a discount?
A: I do not offer discounts on these products as all of the products on this website are custom made to order. There is a built in discount in the shipping as it is included with the cost at a discounted rate and includes insurance.
